A classic & impressive statement of Austria’s signature grape from Stefan Leopold’s family owned estate producing wine since 1673. That’s before the Medoc’s First Growths even existed!!!  Light yellow-green, with a bouquet of fine citrus and green apples, quince. Fresh and very dry and shows typical hints of white pepper. Well integrated acidity. Excellent with sushi, lightly prepared fish, chicken, and of course, schnitzel or any other crumbed dish.
