Deep velvety vinous ruby; aromas of blackberries and ripe plums, notes of vanilla, chocolate and mint. Well-structured with elegant, soft and ripe tannins. Medium bodied, very approachable and pleasant. Aged in French and American oak for 10 months to give this wine additional complexity and refinement. Excellent with red meats, BBQ, stewed meats, etc.
