100% Merlot from Sarah’s Creek’s premium range. 45% of the total wine was aged in combination of French & American oak for 8 months.  The nose shows lovely ripe cherry characters, backed up by smoky coffee and spice notes. The palate is soft, medium weight and has a good structure. An extremely drinkable Merlot with no notes of capsicum at all. Perfect with tomato based pasta dishes.
