Established since 1954, the Boron Family wine estate lies in the heart of the Lison DOC zone. 100% Glera-Prosecco. Bright straw yellow with greenish reflex. Very delicate and persistent perlage. Intensive aromas of pear, apple, lemon and grapefruit, hints of Aca-cia flowers. On the palate, there is a great balance between ripe fruits and acidity. Quite full bodied and nicely structured. Excellent quality and excellent price!! Perfect as aperitif, matches well with battered vegetables, pasta salads, cheeses, seafood like oysters, prawns.
